We are proud to offer only high-quality products. Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition and within the best possible timeframe.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within thirty (30) days of placing your order on the Site to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the order date.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
